Beatles Blog Quiz - Question Three
This is the third week of the Beatles Blog Quiz. See last week’s question here before looking at the answer below.
Apparently this test tube was owned by Thomas Edison. And that’s the only clue you get this week. What song am I thinking of? If you think you have the answer, write it in a comment. Try not to look at the other comments before submitting your own.
Last week’s question had a photo of two young black bears in a tree. The second clue was in the text: “the mistake she has made”. There was no fooling reader cameron this time. Indeed, the answer is “Baby’s in Black”, which contains the lyric “Oh how long will it take till she sees the mistake she has made?” Baby black bears = babies in black = “Baby’s in Black”. Surely that must be “Maxwell’s Silver Hammer” (”late nights all alone with a test tube”).
