Beatles Track - “Another Girl” (with video from film “Help!”)

“Another Girl” is the fifth track off The Beatles album “Help!”. It’s a fairly simple Paul McCartney love song. The track is noteworthy for being made in one take, with a guitar solo overdubbed by Paul. Along with “Ticket to Ride”, which was recorded at the same time but released earlier as a single, this represented one of the first times that Paul played lead guitar as well as bass on a Beatles recording.
Check out this cute video clip of “Another Girl” from the movie “Help!”. I love how the boys switch up instruments, and of course how Paul plays bass on some girl in a bikini. Very campy.
