Video - In honour of Frank Zappa
Ok, so this is not exactly Beatles content, but I’m in a commemorating mood. We just had three days of George memories, and we’re coming up on the anniversary of John’s death (Dec 8th). With today being the great Frank Zappa’s 14th death day, here’s the only known video of the two of them crossing paths. John joins Frank Zappa as a surprise guest at a New York concert on 6 June 1971. The sound is bad, the video is bad, but nothing is as bad as Yoko’s shrieks.
For those of you who are not familiar with the genius of Frank Zappa, please DO NOT take this video as an indication of the level of his virtuousity.
